Today (1st March) is Zero Discrimination Day, an annual worldwide event that promotes diversity and recognizes that everyone counts. It is an opportunity to celebrate everyone’s right to live a full and productive life with dignity, regardless of age, ethnicity, skin color, gender, sexuality, profession and beliefs.
We have earlier launched a brand new TV & radio advertisement to enhance public awareness of HIV/AIDS. Conveying a simple and clear message that “No more misconceptions. No more discrimination. This is what LOVE is.”, the advertisement tells a romantic love story and shows audiences that people living with HIV are still able to have intimate relationships with their partners as long as their own “Undetectable = Untransmittable” level can be reached with HAART treatment and good drug compliance. We hope to dispel the misunderstanding of the public about HIV and hope that everyone will join us to create a zero discrimination world together.
