We are very pleased to inform you that an upcoming and highly anticipated drama, “The Normal Heart” starring Anthony Wong (黃秋生), Joey Leung (梁祖堯) and other prominent drama actors, has chosen the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation as the supporting organization. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Windmill Grass Theatre, the organiser of the event, for joining us in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The Normal Heart (“尋常心” in Chinese) is based on the AIDS crisis in the USA during the 1980s but adapted to become a 100% Hong Kong story. Through its unique yet poignant storyline and 1980s tint, the play will allow the audience to experience the characters’ struggles in love and against HIV/AIDS. Close to 9,000 people will watch this drama at Kwai Ching Theatre on different dates starting mid-August.
