The “Me and My Healthcare Provider” campaign, was initiated by International AIDs Society (IAS) since 2016, serves to recognize doctors, nurses, clinic receptionists, pharmacists and other frontline healthcare workers who provide stigma and discrimination free services to people living with and most affected by HIV and promotes efforts to increase access to services, often in the face of discriminatory laws, traditions and belief systems.
In 2022, “Me and My Healthcare Provider” campaign had been first carried out in Hong Kong and it gained overwhelming response. The campaign will again be co-organized this year by the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation to express gratitude to our dedicated healthcare providers in Hong Kong.
