Dr. Wilson LAM

  • Dr Wilson Lam received his undergraduate medical degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1998 and obtained membership from the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK) in 2002 and fellowship from the Hong Kong College of Physicians and Hong Kong Academy of Medicine with dual accreditation in Advanced Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease in 2006. He also obtained fellowship from the Royal College of Physician of Edinburg in 2018. Dr Lam received training for Infectious Diseases and HIV Medicine at the Division of HIV/AIDS at San Francisco General Hospital in 2009-10. Dr Lam has been a clinician at the HIV Clinical Service of Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong since 2002. He is currently Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor of the LKS Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong. He was Honorary Associate Professor of the Faculty of Medicine, the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2021 and the Program Director of the Specialty Board in Infectious Diseases of the Hong Kong College of Physicians from 2015 to 2019. He was also a Principal Investigator of the TREAT Asia from 2010 to 2019. He is serving on the councils of Hong Kong Society for HIV Medicine and the Hong Kong Society for Infectious Diseases. He has been an Executive Board Member of the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation since 2018.
