He has been engaged in health administration and management in the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China for a long time and has rich experience in public health and infectious disease management. He once served as deputy director of the Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health and national health inspectorate (director level) of the Emergency Management Office of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
