Mr. Kelvin Wai Ip U
President of Executive Council, Macao AIDS Care Association
- Graduated from the University of Hong Kong (Master of Arts) and the University of Macau (Master of Public Administration), Kelvin has been committed to serving those in need through the association since 2012 as a volunteer. He took on the role of secretary-general and board member for the association. He is one of the lecturers for the AIDS care hotline consultation training programme, specifically on the subject of social stigmatisation. He provides outreaching services to local sex workers and sexual minorities. He also leads the production of seasonal newsletters for education purposes. In 2023, he has conducted a research project on how dating apps affect the intimacy among college students in Macao.
